50% Cabernet Sauvignon 50% Shiraz manual harvest | A unique blend dry wine aged 12 months in a French oak barrel, then stored in a neutral stainless steel tank for a relaxation process, bottled at the end of 2019, currently in the advanced stages of a quality aging process. Characterized by the taste of berries, red blueberries and tobacco with a long and aromatic finish. This wine is named after "Ein Gibton" which is located east of our vineyard. Drinking window: recommended for immediate drinking, has a final amount of tannins suitable for a short aging of up to a year. Kosher for all days of the year including Passover, without fear of baptism, Shabbat and circumcision
