% 100 Cabernet | manual harvest | A simple cabernet dry wine, harvested from a vineyard only 8 years old in the Gezer Regional Council, aged 12 months in an oak barrel, then rested in a stainless steel tank for a year. Bottled at the end of 2019 and opened for the first time in May 2020. Has a rich and complex taste, suggesting flavors of berries and velvety tannins. The precision between the flavors and aromas is reflected in front of a surprising lightness with a long and acrid finish. Drinking window: recommended for immediate drinking, has a finite amount of tannins, suitable for a short aging of up to a year. Kosher for all days of the year including Passover, without fear of baptism, Shabbat and foreclosure
