Then fermented with white yeast, the color and taste of a light red wine. This wine is named after Tel Malot ("the hill"). The hill is east of the plot of the vineyard and is called the hill because we climbed it to shoot, rest and look out to the horizon. Unfiltered wine, bottled in the spring of 2024, served cold Drinking window: young wine, completed a final process in a bottle recommended for immediate drinking, and suitable for aging up to two years under suitable conditions.
